Had a great Christmas vacation at this hotel! Loved the fact that it had a central location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had so much fun exploring the bustling city and coming back to the hotel to rest was such a breeze. The hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating too, they really made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's check-in time could have been more flexible. We arrived early and had to wait for almost two hours before we could check-in.

The room had a nice view and comfortable bed. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shopping areas. It was easy to get around and explore.
Our check-in was delayed for over an hour, which put a damper on our romantic escape. We had to wait around with our luggage and couldn't enjoy our first day fully.

We had a wonderful stay in this city!
